Requirements

● Basic knowledge of metalworking and hand tools.
● Basic welding skills are preferred (manual arc welding or semi-automatic welding).
● Ability to work with technical documentation; experience reading technical drawings will be an advantage.
● Willingness to learn and develop skills in welding and assembly.
● Responsibility, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
● Previous work experience is not required — the most important thing is a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

● Performing welding work under the supervision of senior specialists.
● Preparing parts for welding, including cutting, grinding, and drilling.
● Assisting with the assembly of structures according to technical drawings.
● Finishing weld seams and performing quality checks on completed work.
● Following safety procedures when working with welding equipment.
● Maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
