Requirements
● Welding skills (manual arc, semi-automatic, or TIG/MIG welding).
● Experience working with metal structures and metal processing.
● Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
● Basic knowledge of cutting, drilling, and grinding tools.
● Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
● Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train promising candidates.

Responsibilities
● Welding and assembly of metal structures according to technical drawings.
● Metalworking tasks, including cutting, drilling, and grinding.
● Quality control of completed work.
● Compliance with workplace safety requirements.
● Participation in the assembly of components and structures for wind power systems.

Would Be a Plus
● Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
● Knowledge of the energy market.
● Experience training junior specialists.
● Experience with Jira.
